We just picked up our first processed lamb! If you've never tried lamb before, this is a great time to give it a try.

Our lambs have been grazing on diverse pastures all summer, building incredible flavor and nutrition. Unlike commodity lamb, our pasture-raised lamb has a milder, sweeter taste that even lamb skeptics tend to love.

Why Try Our Lamb?

  • 100% Grass-Fed - Our lambs eat only what nature intended
  • Pasture-Raised - They live their entire lives outdoors on grass
  • No Antibiotics or Hormones - Ever
  • Local Processing - Handled with care at a small, USDA-inspected facility

Available Cuts

We have a variety of cuts available:

  • Leg roasts
  • Shoulder roasts
  • Chops
  • Ground lamb
  • Stew meat

Visit us at the farmer's market or order online for pickup or delivery.
