Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either replace the affected items or provide a full refund.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll ship the missing items at no additional cost or provide a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription boxes can be cancelled, paused, or modified at any time before the billing date. Log into your account to manage your subscription or contact us for assistance.
