Roots that run deep in sustainable farming
After 20 years of producing pastured meat in Texas, we're now farming with a new generation of farm partners near Madison, Wisconsin. We're on a mission to provide Southern Wisconsin with the finest pasture-raised eggs, poultry, pork, and lamb.

We heal the soil through rotational grazing, cover cropping, and minimal disturbance. Our animals are part of the system, fertilizing the land as they graze, protecting the environment and biodiversity.

Our animals live the way nature intended. Lambs graze open pastures, pigs forage wooded areas, poultry roam freely. Never any hormones, antibiotics, or growth promoters.
